Being at the managing capacity, it has always been my prime motive to put the interest of our customers, investors and employees ahead of ours’. From a modest beginning around a decade ago; we have come a long way today to being a brand being recognized for its product quality and service standards. We started construction with a vision to provide cost effective quality construction solution that would
go in sync with our customers’ diverse needs and aspirations. We strived to bring in the change envisioned; of bringing planned development and progression across residential and commercial real estate sector.
EVERGREEN Group believes in developing and constructing aesthetically designed, functionally efficient residential and commercial complexes of international quality, offering more value for money. We believe our buildings should reflect engineering excellence with
a view to providing complete customer satisfaction. It is our intention that the quality of our products and services should result in complete value for our clients, as well as foster continuous demand for our products. While rendering our construction services, we shall strive to make Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) matters as an integral part of our business. Even then, he was already actively expanding the family-owned brand in real-estate, education and textiles which comprised revolutionary technologies accredited by the best certification authorities for diverse industries.
A natural business leader with a passion, Mr. Divyam is a pioneering visionary in his own right. His in-depth understanding of the real estate industry is what motivated him to venture into property development Propelled by the drive to raise the bar on expectations and add value to people’s lifestyle, he founded Nakshatra Real Estate Development.
